Our Story: Carol Danielson is senior vice president and chief nursing officer for Gwinnett Medical Center, the area’s fastest-growing health system. Danielson works to provide the best services to patients and families. As a nurse, she knows that each encounter is a chance for GMC to make a positive change in a person’s life.
How We Help: My clients are the patients and families we care for at GMC as well as our associates. I work closely with the clinical staff to help them provide medical care that reaches ever-increasing levels of compassion and excellence.

What’s Next: In 2012 GMC will offer open heart surgery in a new, high-tech, 40,000-square-foot facility. We’re also concentrating on opportunities with improved medical record technology which will enhance the patient experience.
