Executive Director, Gwinnett Village CID
Chuck serves as the executive director of the Gwinnett Village CID which is a commercial self taxing district focusing on revitalizing the Norcross area. The CID has led the efforts for positive change by reducing crime, minimizing traffic congestion, and landscaping the right of way within the district.
How I Got Here:
I’m a seventh generation Gwinnettian with roots in Norcross, Buford, and Dacula. I’m a registered civil engineer earning a degree from Georgia Tech where I was also on the 1990 National Championship football team.
What I Do for Fun:
In my spare time, I love family time at home fishing and riding dirt bikes with my four children in the summer and building bonfires in the fall. I also love weekend getaways with my wife for a quick recharge.
My Big Dream:
I would like to see future investment and development (both public and private) within the CID that would spark a renaissance of new economic activity.
What’s Next For Me:
I look forward to continuing to serve the members and board of directors of the CID over the years to come ensuring a continuation of positive change throughout the district.
