The Story:
Nineteen years ago, brothers Sid and Chris Theus began American Painting and Renovations, Inc. Providing quality
workmanship and reliable service, the company has grown into a
nationwide corporation specializing in the renovation of apartment communities. Inc. Magazine recognized APR as one of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the US for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
How I Got Here:
Hard work, long hours and the determination to succeed. I always do whatever it takes to get the job done. We always let our customers know how important they are to us and strive to keep them satisfied.
What I Do for Fun:
I enjoy taking my kids to the movies and spending quality time at the beach with my family. I also enjoy quail and deer hunting with friends and business associates.
My Big Dream:
I dream of spending more time at the beach with my family and more time hunting. I would enjoy returning to South America for a bird hunting trip and also going on an African safari.
What’s Next For Me:
Continue to grow APR and our sister company Theus Properties, LLC. I will also continue to support the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and charities such as Open Arms, Jaden’s Ladder, The Atlanta Food Bank, Gwinnett
Children’s Shelter and others.
